Yesterday I received an email from Martha Stewart with several bacon recipes. One of which was a recipe for bacon jam. I immediately ran out and bought all of the ingredients.
This bacon jam recipe is a bit time consuming, but so worth it! I drizzled it on a margarita pizza for dinner last night, but plan to spread it on a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch today.
The bacon jam will save up to two months in an air-tight container in the refrigerator, but I seriously doubt that it will last for more than a few days!
