For as long as I can remember, I have used a full-size kleenex box as my grocery bag organizer. (When were plastic grocery bags invented? The 1980′s?) You can pack tons of bags in the box and they do not escape. The only downside was that it was not the prettiest solution, until I found this cute tissue box at Ikea.
I permanently affixed the lid with a little Loctite Power Grab and it was ready to go. I just love this ‘fancy’ grocery bag organizer. It looks so cute under my kitchen sink!
You may be wondering who will see it under the sink? Well, we are planning to put our house on the market in March, so I am starting to get everything ready. I will share our house preparation journey with a series of posts here on this blog throughout February.

What a great idea! I bought a grocery bag holder, but it has that cheap plastic look. Mostly, I use reusable bags, but I still end up with some plastic ones and they come in handy for scooping the catbox….. Thanks for sharing this lovely idea.

That’s an excellent question. My husband is Canadian, so he wants to move somewhere with snow. I am from Arizona, so I want to move somewhere with sand. For now, we will stay in Dallas and see where life takes us in the future.
