Well, we made it to another year. We had a lot of ups and downs this past year and are looking forward living a better life this year. As we get older, we realize more and more how important good health is to happy living.
It seems (unfortunately) that a key meter of good health is sleep. Not that two hours of sleep we used to get in college, but real quality 7 hours of sleep without interference. So our wish for you, is not just a happy new year, but also a great year of uninterrupted, deep REM, restful sleep!
