I attended my first holiday party of the season this past weekend.  I was so impressed with the dessert table that I thought I would share it with you.  The dessert table included an array of decadent chocolate desserts and chocolate wine cocktails.

I love that all of the desserts and drinks were red, white, and brown.  The hostess served both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.  My designated driver enjoyed the Peppermint Lattes, while I sampled the German Chocolate Cake Wine Cocktail and the Peppermint Pattie Wine Cocktail.

If you are throwing a holiday party this season, you might want to include the ChocolatRouge wines on your dessert table as well.  According to their website, ChocolatRouge Wines are a blend of rich chocolate flavors and fine red wine in three flavors: Milk Chocolate, Sweet Red, and Strong Red.  The wines are 18% alcohol by volume so make sure you have a safe ride home.

Here are a few chocolate wine recipe ideas for your holiday party:

I found the #ChocolatRouge Milk Chocolate Wine at my local retailer in the red wine section.  It was on sale with a $3 coupon for my next purchase.  It was such a great deal, that I bought two bottles!  Hope you have a happy ‘Chocolate Wine’ holiday season!

What a great idea! This is a super value too. I’ll do a search for a coupon. I was thinking that I might steer clear of having my own holiday party since Thanksgiving was so much work, but this makes me think it could be easy. Thanks for the tip!
