Mom’s Easy Chocolate Fudge

I am not a huge fan of sweets, but my mom’s easy chocolate fudge is to die for.  I have tried to make other fudge recipes and have failed miserably.  In fact, I ruined an entire batch of peanut butter fudge just last week.  This is a no-fail fudge recipe which is so simple to make!

Easy Chocolate Fudge

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
6 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups chopped pecans
8 x 4″ loaf pan lined with plastic wrap

Combine sugar and milk in a medium sauce pan.  Bring to a full boil over medium heat.  Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Meanwhile pour chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl with stick of butter.  Set aside.

Pour hot sugar and milk mixture over the chocolate chips and butter.  Mix with a spoon for several minutes until the chips and butter are melted and mixture holds together.  Add vanilla and nuts and mix until fully incorporated.  Pour into loaf pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.  Remove from pan and cut into squares.  Eat.

    I’ve Made This Fudge Before But I Found Another Fudge Recipe I Love Also I found it on a Jar of Marshmallow Creme Supper Easy And it’s a Another No Fail fudge I’ve Been making For Years and No Refrigeration ❤
