Fall is finally here. How do I know? Pumpkin spice lattes (aka PSL’s) are back at Starbucks! I was so excited that I had three the very first day. High on caffeine, I ran right out to the grocery store to purchase all of the ingredients for my favorite pumpkin recipe: Paula Deen’s Pumpkin Bars.
Tips: I found that my bars needed an extra ~7 minutes in the oven to fully bake. Cut and separate the bars on a serving tray before you frost them.
